Thanks to our background we understand properties not only from a commercial point of view but also from a technical perspective, thus putting us in a position where we can provide extensive landlord representation services for our clients. Since 2016 we hold the biggest landlord representation mandate in Cologne for a UK based private equity firm comprising more than 116,000 sqm. By negotiating more than 50,000 sqm in less than 3 years we helped our client to reposition its assets from an Opportunistic to a Core+ position thus adding significant value.
